To Tommy's family,
I've not lived in Kingston for decades and have not seen Tommy in all that time but I will never forget him.
If American Graffiti described our lives, he would be played by Harrison Ford; if Happy Days, he would be played by Henry Winkler.
He was cool, he was funny, he was sharp, he was generous, he was a great guy, he was a really good friend. The world is made so much poorer by his passing.

Rita and Family,
About a half century has passed since we hung around together as teenagers. Lately Tommy and I would only see each other by chance; usually about once a year at a classic car show.
My memories of Tommy seem like scenes from a Kingston version of American Graffiti... "hanging around", Sneaking into the Movies in Uptown Kingston, cruisin in a his friend's 57 Ford (with my older brother who graduated with Tommy) and later in Tommy's 54 Merc.
We spent endless hours listening to and trading 45's. He taught me to mash potatoes and slop before they became dance crazes.
I consider myself fortunate to be a product of the 50's and 60's when good guy's like Tommy existed. He was a good friend back then... I doubt if they make them like that any more.
I am sorry to hear of Tommy's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Sincerely,
Charlie Lawrence
